No problem. And I'm pretty sure they do apply for Other Chatlands. And I Believe that Wolfhome Was the first Chatland there. It probably said It to apply to Wolfhome, and then more Chatlands were Allowed.

And As far as it can apply to Canine Caribbean, I do say Most of it Should be applied. Because of all the spam and Threats etc. But it Is up to Holy
